17198: To (i) Carry out amendments to previously approved permission, Ref. No. 14/127 for new single storey Production Building on the south eastern side of the existing two storey building, these amendments area as follows: (a) Change of use of a section of the area from Production to Administration/Staff Facilities, Area = 620m2, (b) construct new first floor level over the change of use area for Administration use, Area = 620m2, (ii) Construct new two storey extension (area = 435m2 on ground floor, 415m2 on first floor) on the south eastern side of the existing building for administration/staff facilities use. (iii) To construct new single storey Link Corridor, (area = 75m2) on the south western side of the existing two storey Production building for access from the new administration /staff facilities building to the existing production building. (iv) To construct new single storey box store and pallet tray storage building, (Area = 800m2) with two dock levellers and adjacent open bunded storage area on the north eastern side of the main production building. Works include connection to existing site services and associated site development works
