PlanIntel provides searchable access to public Irish planning records, source links, planning reasons on record, analytics, and paid site reports.The €49 incl. VAT site report is deliberately account-free. Accounts are for saved reports, consultant seats, chat, and subscription features.Accounts
Users register with email and password, verify their email, and are responsible for keeping credentials secure.We may rate-limit, suspend, or close accounts used for scraping, abuse, security attacks, or attempts to re-identify or misuse personal data from public records.Payments
One-off reports use Stripe Checkout or Stripe Payment Links. Subscriptions will use Stripe Billing and the Stripe customer portal when enabled.Prices are shown in euro inclusive of VAT where applicable. Invoices and receipts are issued in our own name.Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass applicants, build applicant marketing lists, make unlawful profiling decisions, overload the service, or remove source attribution.Record links and document links point to public government or local authority sources where available. PlanIntel does not grant rights over those source documents.Liability
The service is provided as a research aid. We do not warrant that every source record is complete, current, or error-free.Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
