21510: To amend the approved development (Planning Reference: 16/507) of a temporary (25 years) solar farm to include photovoltaic panels with mounting frames on screw pile foundations, inverters, transformers, substation, DNO building, communications building, security fencing, pole mounted security cameras, minor upgrades to existing site entrance and all other ancillary works.
