The works will consist of the following: 1) The demolition of existing rear extensions, and upgrade works to the existing cottages, including two new extensions to the rear. 2) Connections for both cottages and proposed extensions to existing site services. 3) The upgrade and extension of existing footpath. 5) All ancillary and associated works. The development involves the carrying out of works to the exterior of structures which are located within an architectural conservation area and would materially affect the character of the area concerned. In accordance with the Habitats Directive, Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out on the project, and the screening report accompanies the application.
