For the construction of a single storey extension to the existing school consisting of two special educational needs classrooms and ancillary accommodation, associated circulation space and all associated services and site development works including additional carparking, sensory garden, play areas, covered canopy and storage shed

For the construction of a 2.4 metre high wire mesh fence to existing soft play area and future Astroturf Pitch and also PERMISSION for the construction for a hurling wall adjacent to existing school including ancillary site works

To demolish an existing house and an outbuilding/garage, and construct a building complex of two residences with associated ancillary site works
