A proposed change of use of the former post office building (being a protected structure CW62) to restaurant/café, associated internal changes including kitchen area, new toilet facilities, door access to yard, conversion of storage building to staff room and all associated works

The (a) change of use of existing public house to provide 2 no. residential units and (b) subdivision & alterations of existing first floor space to provide 2no. Residential units with all associated site development works

For the proposed change of use of the ground floor of an existing two storey building from existing shop to offices, proposed internal alterations to layout of same, proposed alterations to front façade including new signage, entrance door, changes to fenestration etc., alterations to rear facade and roof of same and associated site works

The development consists of 1) alterations to previously approved PL Ref: 17/258, consisting of changes to the single storey rear section, change of access to rear first floor apartment, alterations to rear elevation of building, alterations to vehicular access, including creating access to rear of No. 3 Main Street; 2) alteration to rear of adjoining premises No. 3 Main Street, consisting of demolition of rear section and existing out offices, creation of additional car parking to be accessed from Church Road and construction of single storey extension; 3) Combining ground floor of both properties into a single retail unit

Demolition of all ancillary structures within the site together with the internal structure & roof of main 2 storey building, retaining the front (Main Street) & inside (Church Road) perimeter walls. Re-development to compromise of reinstatement of the internal structure & pitched roof of the existing building to remain, provision of a new shopfront to Main street elevation, alterations & additions to existing fenestration, construction of a new 2 storey part pitched/part flat roof extension to the rear fronting onto Church Road consisting of a pharmacy use over the entire extended ground floor area with 1 Nr 2 bed apartment containing a private terrace addressing Church Road with a consulting room ancillary to the Pharmacy use at enlarged 1st floor level together with new Pedestrian and Vehicular access from Church Road to car parking & bin/bicycle storage facilities in rear yard, all associated landscaping, site services and external works.

Change of Use of an existing Shop Unit (No. 21 Main Street) from Retail use to Bookmakers Office use, and the combining of No. 21 Main Street with existing Bookmakers Office No.22 Main Street to form one larger Bookmakers Office with associated revised signage and site works
