Retention Permission is also sought for the construction of a domestic garage and for permission for the construction of an extension to existing garage & erection of a post and panel boundary fence at the side of existing property including all ancillary site works

To erect a dwellinghouse, garage, entrance, driveway and connect to existing mains water and sewer and all associated site works install an effluent system and percolation area and all associated site works

To RETAIN existing rear extension and associated site works to the family home

Of changes made to the front elevation of the existing dwelling at first floor level and increasing roof height and also retain change of use from commercial to residential with associated site works

For the construction of a residential development consisting of 4 no. 2 bedroom apartment units, connection to services and all associated site works
