Is being sought for the construction of a single storey extension to the front of an ancillary office space to a childcare facility and the construction of a single storey sensory room in a new prefabricated building, including all associated site works above and below ground. Retention is also being sought for the construction of a single storey extension for an external WC to the rear of the building, including all associated site works above and below ground

For development, the development will consist of: 1) a prefabricated building to provide additional classroom space (as per planning reference P17/300) and, 2,) a sheltered play area, including all associated site works above and below ground

For the construction of 2 no. detached dwellings and all associated site development works

To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission P18/581 for the construction of 2 no. detached dwellings and all associated site development works

For the installation of new electronic metal security gates for vehicular traffic, including electronic pedestrian security gate at existing site entrance to Harbour Village Apartment and Marina from public road ( R463), including new raised concrete road area, new raised footpaths, new metal railings to side boundaries; new surface water connection to existing surface water drainage within the site; new entrance signage, and associated site works

To construct new and updated club infrastructure as follow:(a) construction of 2 no. championship grade tennis courts and associated retaining walls fencing and high grade tennis court lighting to include proprietary fixed cover structure/system with removable sides (for Summer) to permanently cover proposed tennis courts for indoor play.(b) 1no. mini practice court, practice wall and associated walls/structures, lighting and fencing. (c) New club house, court viewing areas and associated canopies. (d) Landscaping, footpath, site and perimeter fencing and all associated site works
