Planning precedent report

Demolish existing derelict dwelling house and erect 26 no. 3-bed semi-detached dwellings (12 no. dormer style semi-detached dwellings with basement and 14 no. two-storey semi-detached dwellings) together with entrance, access road, footpath, street lighting, connect to existing public services, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. Significant further information including a Natura Impact Statement and revised plans have been received.

To erect three storey over basement apartment block consisting of 28 no. (16 no. 2 beds and 12 no. 1 beds) fully serviced apartments, form site entrance, parking to existing basement and connect to existing public mains water, sewerage and surface water drainage and all ancillary site works. This site is partially developed, the basement is existing and constructed under previously approved planning reference 02991625

Make alterations to site layout and boundaries to include for additional parking, also permission sought to increase pupil numbers from 75 to 130, alterations to north-west elevation of previous approved planning (ref 18/551), relocate existing field gate entrance, temporary parking spaces at rear of the school during construction works and all associated site works

To partially demolish existing library to front elevation of existing school building and construct new single storey assembly/sports hall extension and all associated site works

For change of use of existing residential convent building to educational school building with associated alterations to elevations, alterations to site entrance and car parks, new basketball court and recreational areas and all associated site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

Erect fully serviced single storey extension to existing school incorporating 2 no. Autistic Spectrum Disorder classrooms, 1 no. Mainstream Classroom, new link corridor, new office, toilet facilities, boundary treatments, new carparking and set down area, relocation of hard surface play area, alterations to site layout with a new access via service road (Planning Reg No 20/376)
