This application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS). SIGNFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

For: (1) RETENTION permission of existing foundations as poured on the site and (2) full planning PERMISSION to construct (a) two storey dwelling, (b) Domestic garage, (c) entrance and boundary wall and fencing (d) connect to existing on site mains services and (e) all ancillary site works

EXTENTION OF DURATION of Planning Reg No. 14/339 to erect a two storey dwelling with converted attic, conservatory, connection to public services, entrance and entrance walls

Of existing front glazed porch and all associated works

For minor increase of overall ridge height & the conversion of the proposed attic space to 2 No. detached two-storey dwellings (under construction), previously granted permission under Planning Ref. No. 22/452, together with all associated site works

To construct 2 no. detached two-storey dwellings, form new entrances off existing public road and form connections to public foul and surface water drainage systems and watermain, together with all associated site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
