For the construction of an extension to existing dwelling to comprise of kitchen/ dining room with internal modifications. We also intend to apply for permission to extend existing living room with changes to the facade including ancillary site works

For the demolition of existing stone cottage and for PERMISSION for the construction of a new dwelling house, attached garage and proprietary waste treatment plant and to utilise existing entrance and roadway to access site including upgrades to same and all ancillary site works

To construct an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house along with all associated site works and services

To construct a domestic garage to the rear of the existing dwelling including all associated site development works

To construct an extension to existing dwelling to comprise of kitchen/dining room/livingroom, W.C. & utility. Application also for permission to demolish existing utility at rear of dwelling including all associated site development works
