To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission for P15/892 to construct dwellinghouse, garage & treatment system

To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission for P15-189 to construct dwelling house, foul sewer treatment system and percolation area, plus all ancillary works

To RETAIN & complete works to dwelling house presently under construction. The works involve P15/189, the appropriate period for which was extended by planning reference P20/274 - 1) Provision of single storey extension to rear of house 2) Alteration of design of house from dormer to storey and a half with consequent elevational changes 3) Relocation of waste water treatment tank from front to rear of dwelling house with percolation area remaining at front of house. 4) the provision of all ancillary works

For the TEMPORARY RETENTION of a mobile home and storage container while the new dwelling house is being constructed for which permission is being sought under planning application P17-930
