To demolish existing silage pit and farm shed and construct new: 1. Slatted house building, 2. Double Silage Pit Slab, Dung stead enclosure, and carry out associated site works

To renovate, extend and remodel existing derelict cottage and erect detached domestic garage with carport. Works to include forming new site entrance, install sewerage treatment facilities, and all ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been received

To change plans of previously approved proposal to renovate, extend and remodel an existing cottage (PL. Reg: 19/326 relates). Proposals now include erection of a storey and a half style extension to side of existing cottage, associated alterations to elevations and all ancillary siteworks
