For development consisting of to construct (1) dormer type domestic store/garage incorporating home office, storage and gym, (2) revised drive layout and all ancillary and associated site works

For single storey domestic extension, internal alterations, connection to existing onsite services and associated works to existing dwelling house

To retain temporary 5 year permission for changes to gas sub station layout and equipment design along with vehicle dispenser pump and all ancillary site works from that previously granted under planning file ref 20-12
