To (a) Removal of existing Heavy Fuel Oil Tanks and Boilers, (b) Replacement with 2 No. Boilers, 1 No. 20m high Water Tank, 1 No. 7m high Boiler Feed Tank and 2 No. Air Emission stacks (c) Alterations to existing Boiler House Elevations (d) CHP Unit with associated Plant & Storage (e) Installation of a Liquefied Natural Gas Plant Compound with 2 NO. 150m3 Horizontal Tanks, 2 No. Ambient Vaporisers, associated Plant, Boundary Treatments, Unloading Area and detached control room (f) all other associated Ancillary Site Works. The site currently operates under an EPA License (Reg No. P0800-03). A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. This development will increase with inventory of dangerous substances at the Site above the threshold at which it qualifies as an establishment under the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations, 2015 (the COMAH Regulations)

For 1. Installation of additional milk intake bay & associated site entrance alterations, 2 no milk silos and 1 no silo for water re-use 2. Extension and alterations to staff car park to rear of existing staff canteen 3. Site layout alterations to include internal access road to rear of the site to facilitate for movement of packaging between existing packaging stores on the Mill site to the Main Site, boundary treatments and all ancillary works. The site currently operates under EPA Licence (Reg no. P0800-03). The site is defined as a site under the Major Accidents Directive (A Seveso Site), An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority in connection with the application
