To construct an extension to dwelling house, decommission existing septic tank and percolation area and connect to public sewer, construct a domestic garage and all associated site works

To construct one detached dwelling house, connection to existing public service infrastructure, access entrance to the road network of permitted development, Ref Nos: P20/740 and P24/60432 and all associated site works

For the construction of a total of 70 Dwellinghouses (including 14 no. Detached 4 Bed houses, 4 No. split level 4 Bed houses, 12 No. Semi-Detached 4 Bed houses, 36 No. Semi-Detached 3 Bed houses, 4 No. Semi-Detached 2 Bed houses) and for new connections to public services including water & foul sewerage including pumping station, rising main and associated plant. PERMISSION is also sought for vehicular and pedestrian entrances, access roads, footpaths, landscaping works, parking areas, boundary treatments & all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement(NIS) shall be submitted to the Planning Authority as part of this application.

For construction of amendments to Housing layout approved under P20/740 to include (a): Replacement of 4 No. Detached, Type 5 Houses at Errina Locke with 6 No. Detached, Type 4 houses. (b) Minor revision to road layout to include visitor parking and revised turning hammerhead at Errina Locke. (c) Change of House Design to Type 5D for No. 5 & 7 Errina Close. (d) Change of House Design to Type 5E for No. 6 & 8 Errina Close, (e) including revised house boundaries & all ancillary site works
