To renovate existing two storey dwelling house and RETENTION to retain and refurbish existing single storey to side and rear of same, upgrade existing septic tank to new sewerage treatment unit and all ancillary works

For the erection of a fully serviced detached single storey dwelling, new site entrance, waste water treatment system, percolation area and all ancillary site works

To erect fully serviced two storey dwelling with detached domestic garage, form a new entrance, install sewerage treatment unit and percolation area and all associated works

To erect fully serviced dormer type extension to existing dwelling, alterations to elevations, new sewerage treatment facilities, alterations to site boundaries, site entrance & all ancillary works

To alter front boundary treatment conditioned under Planning Ref. 17/26 and all ancillary works
