Being sought to demolish existing farm building and construct in their place a six bays agricultural shed consisting of slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath, calf pens, manure storage area general purpose area and all associated site works

To construct a new two storey dwelling house with detached domestic garage, from new vehicular site entrance onto public roadway, installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works

To construct a storey and a half dwelling and detached domestic garage and form a new entrance from existing laneway, together with works to roadside boundary opposite junction with public road and laneway to facilitate achievement of minimum visibility distances, install waste water treatment system and percolation area

For alterations to the existing building, including: (a) Alterations to the existing façades; (b) Internal layout improvements of the existing bar toilets area with the construction of a new accessible wc and enlarged gents and ladies toilets; (c) Construction of a single storey rear extension to form a storage room; (d) Alteration to the existing front boundary treatment by replacing existing block wall with estate railing

To (a) RETAIN two storey extension to rear, (b) demolish part two storey/part single storey extension also to rear, (c) construct a new two storey extension to the side, (d) install proprietary sewage treatment unit and percolation area, (e) form new vehicular entrance and driveway and (f) together with all associated site works

To construct a six bay shed which will consist of cubicles, slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath and also construct a silage pit with 2.4m high retaining walls and all associated site works
