Planning precedent report

For upgrades to the existing Crossdoney Water Treatment Plant. The development will consist of the following works within the existing water treatment plant site: construction of a new water clarification process tank, construction of a below ground pumping chamber, modifications to below-ground pipework and associated ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application

For development consisting of dwelling house, garage/outbuilding, effluent treatment system, percolation area and all ancillary works and services

To refurbish and erect an extension to existing disused 2 storey dwellinghouse together with a detached garage, provision of an effluent treatment system, roadside entrance and ancillary works

Dwelling house, garage / outbuilding, effluent treatment system, percolation area and all ancillary works and services

To (1) construct a new single storey extension to side of existing dwelling house, (2) construct new front porch, and (3) upgrade existing on-site wastewater treatment system

To 1: Retain a single storey pantry extension to side of existing dwelling and 2: To retain and complete the partially constructed new entrance and access route to the previously approved machinery shed to rear of property (Pl Reg. 22/309 – not yet commenced relates), including the amended access route layout
