To install a 300KV ground mounted PV array, associated mounting frames, site services and development works, significant further information has been received

For (1) RETENTION of extensions (creep areas & lean-to structures) to sides of slatted house (exempted development), and (2) PERMISSION to erect additional pitched roof extension & all ancillary works

To construct an agricultural entrance and all ancillary site works to existing lands

Is sought to redesign the existing single storey cottage internally with new roof and rooflights overhead with minor adjustments and demolition to existing structure. This thereafter becomes an annex to the new proposed fully serviced two storey extension with part single storey section. This thereafter becomes an annex to the new proposed fully serviced storey extension with part single storey section. The existing cottage and the proposed extension will be connected with a flat roof single storey glazed main entrance. Permission to build a detached domestic single storey garage on site and demolish and re-configure the vehicle entrance, allow new road boundaries and entrance and piers. Permission requested to upgrade the existing wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, construction of a soakaway and maintain water connection and all ancillary site works

(1) retention of alterations and amendments made during construction to floor plan layouts and elevations of bungalow type dwelling, (2) retention of side extensions incorporating living, sanitary and bedroom areas all from that previously granted under planning reference number 642421- SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

For development for the following: 1) construct a 1,546sq m storage building, 2) demolish the existing 433sq m agricultural storage building on the same location, and 3) all associated site works. The site currently has an EPA IED Licence (Reg. No. P0169-02)
