For a/ Internal alterations to ground and first floor to include a new fitted kitchen and E/S bathrooms and b/ general refurbishment of deteriorated building fabric, c/ minor external elevational changes associated with new drainage, and d/ new upgraded wastewater treatment system and e/ all associated site works to a protected structure (RPS ref. CV0510)

To construct 1 no. pig house to aid compliance with animal welfare regulations, together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development

For the construction of 1 new dormer style dwelling house, new vehicular site entrance onto a public roadway, installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area and completion of all associated and ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

To erect two storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling, alterations to existing plans & elevations and all ancillary site works

To erect fully serviced two storey dwelling with detached domestic garage, entrance, sewerage treatment facilities & all ancillary works

For the development of infilling of land, using imported inert material consisting of natural materials of clay, sub soil & stone in order to raise the levels and improve the land for agricultural purposes together with all ancillary site works. The total quantity of material will not exceed 48000 metres cubed (class 5 material as per third schedule part 2). The lands will be covered with topsoil and reseeded with grass when complete and will include all ancillary and associated site. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and accompanies this application
