Construction of dwelling and domestic garage on previously approved site ref 21/637 at site 5 Oaklawn, Newcastle Middle, Co. Wicklow on lands which are a protected structure ref 13-33 under the WCDP. The proposed dwelling will be accessed off previously granted access road granted under file ref 17/1527. The works will include, the protection of all established trees on the grounds necessary, a new domestic waste water treatment system including percolation area to EPA guidelines, connections to services and all associated site works

The change of house type from previously granted planning permission (file ref: 2268) on lands which are a protected structure ref: 13-33 under the WCDP, to the construction of a part two-storey, part single storey detached dwelling, garden shed, proprietary wastewater treatment system and polishing filter, relocation of previously vehicular entrance off previously granted access road (file ref: 171527) and all ancillary site works

Revisions to previously granted permission Ref Nos 19216 and 171527 on lands which are a protected structure ref 13-33. Change to permission for plot 4 by removal of proposed dwelling house design as granted, and provision of a new dwelling design to Plot 4 as part of a refurbishment of the existing barn structure on site, and erection of a new single storey extension to same, adjustment to treatment system and polisying filter to reflect new amended site layout proposal

Demolition of c 1087.19 sqm of farm outbuildings, the upgrading of existing vehicular driveway, the protection of all established trees on the grounds necessary, the upgrading of services to existing country dwelling including a new secondary treatment system including percolation area to current EPA guidelines. The works will also include for 5 new dwellings, new boundaries, new entrances, connection to services, secondary treatment systems including percolation areas to current EPA guidelines for all 5 dwellings and all associated site works (protected structure)

Revisions to previously granted permission PRN 17/1527 on lands which are a Protected Structure Ref 13-33. The works involve 1. extension of proposed laneway to allow a new gated access to existing agricultural field and neighbouring lands. ". Relocation of front boundary railings to site 4 to allow for proposed extension of laneway. 3. Retaining an existing shed for agricultural purposes granted permission for demolition, including minor works to same. The shed will remain as part of the agricultural holding at Oaklawn and will be omitted from the overall boundary of the previously granted permission 17/1527. Rear boundary of site 4 to be modified to allow access into this existing shed. 4. Slight modifications to previously granted boundaries for site 2 and 3 to allow for relocation of existing sheds to these sites and Oaklawn. 5. Modifications to overall boundaries to allow the above works
