Planning precedent report

To carry out the following residential development works to an existing two-storey detached commercial building at Newcourt Centre, Church Street, Cavan, Co. Cavan. (1) Change of use from vacant office use to residential use and the provision of 2 no. new two-bedroom apartments, and (2) Carry out material alterations to the existing building comprising of minor alterations to the external elevations, internal fit-out works, and improvement works to the building fabric, together with all associated site works

For change of use of existing office use to community / meeting house use, including associated offices, toilets, ancillary rooms, signage and all associated works to second floor. The development will consist of works to a Protected Structure (RPS No. CV0535)

For a single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing two storey dwelling together with all associated site works and services

For change of use of first floor restaurant space to guest accommodation consisting of 4 no. en suite bedrooms and all associated works

For alterations to the previously approved plans & elevations of Planning Ref: 24/60107 and all ancillary works

For change of use and subdivision of existing ground floor public house to 2 no retail units, including alterations to elevations signage, connection to existing services and all ancillary works
