For the following development: a) change of use of the existing building from disused hostel to ground floor cafe/restaurant with two no. apartments to the first and second floor; b) demolish existing rear extension; c) construct new rear extension; d) make elevational changes to the existing building; e) all associated site works and services

To amend the design and use of the development previously authorised under planning permission Ref No. P22-1165, to include the following: a) omit the proposed ground floor café restaurant and first and second floor apartments; b) to provide two. No. semi-detached townhouses; c) elevational and layout changes to accommodate the revised use; and d) all associated site works and services

- the development will consist of the installation of an ATM machine to the South East facing elevation

To renovate, alter and extend the existing dwelling house along with all associated site works

For change of use of former part residential/ part hair salon / part off-licence premises to proposed pharmacy/chemist use with live-in staff facilities

To sub-divide the existing dwelling to two independent dwelling houses for permanent occupancy and for part demolition of existing shed and rear extension with all necessary ancillary works
