To RETAIN an 88m2 single storey portacabin, two steel storage units, perimeter fencing and ancillary site works. Intended use is agricultural/recreational/educational activities and for PERMISSION to erect a 105m2 single storey workshop and ancillary site works

For the construction of a synthetic All Weather playing pitch, the erection of 2.8m high perimeter pitch fencing, the erection of 6 no. floodlighting masts ( 15m high ) with a floodlighting average spread of 300 lux at pitch level and the construction of a hurling wall

For a period of 7 years for a builder’s storage compound including 1) container accommodation for offices, welfare and storage 2) the erection of a 2.4m perimeter fence with access gates, 3) site lighting together with associated site development works and services. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be lodged as part of this Application

The development will consist of the internal modification to existing offices, waiting area, toilets store at ground floor level and the construction of new waiting /reception area, toilets, store, at ground floor level and new first floor mezzanine extension consisting of staff canteen, store an open plan area (103.2Sq.m) together with all associated site works

For development which will consist of new ancillary office accommodation inside the existing warehouse/storage building, including alterations to elevations and all ancillary works
