For alterations to an existing dormer dwelling, as part of a remodelling project as follows: Remove dormers to front elevation and replace with rooflights, Remodel front porch and alter window openings to elevations, Convert existing attached domestic garage to habitable accommodation, Erect dormer to rear elevation of house, Erect detached domestic garage and all ancillary and all associated site works
