For the renovation & extension of existing two storey dwelling. Works to include 1) Demolition of existing two storey front porch and single storey side extension, 2) Erection of a new extension to the rear of the dwelling at first floor level and a new entrance canopy to the side/rear, 3) Alterations to internal layout and elevations and associated site works
