Classroom Special Education Unit (floor area = 465sqm) to the rear of the existing single storey School Building (floor area = 1,162sqm), together with minor internal alterations, sensory garden, an enclosed soft play area, basketball court, all weather playing pitch, removal of existing vehicular and pedestrian entrance to site boundary, new pedestrian access (new front site entrance provided with gate, stairway and retaining walls), and significant proposed modifications to main entrance (proposed school entrance to be modified to provide footpaths for pedestrians and car traffic to on-site car parking - 7no. spaces to the front and 21no. spaces to the rear), external stairways, ramps, and all associated site works.
