For development which will consist of the construction of a dwelling house, garage, a proprietary waste water treatment system and ancillary site works

For the following works (a) Demolish existing extension constructed to the rear and an existing porch constructed to the front of the existing dwelling (b) Renovate and make changes to the layout and elevations of the existing dwelling and (c) Construct new extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, all with associated site works and accessed by means of an existing entrance and driveway from public road
