To alter, extend, renovate an existing dwelling house along with all associated site works

For the following works, (A) Renovate and change the layout of the existing dwelling (B) Demolish existing flat roofed area to side of dwelling and replace with new pitched roof extension, (C) Demolish existing shed attached to rear of dwelling, and (D) Replace existing flat roof area to rear of dwelling with pitched roof, all with associated site works
