Alterations to plans approved under PLREF 23/60195, (1) Internal layout change of bedrooms, sitting room, bathrooms and utility room and near north facing windows. (2) permission for change of use of granted garage into a self-catering one bedroom unit for own use as a 'granny flat' with a kitchen, living, dining and bathroom with connection to existing mains water and proposed percolation area., together with all associated site works

The construction of a new single storey rear extension including all internal modifications to the existing dwelling, removal of existing chimney stack with remedial works to existing roof, removal and blocking up of the existing front entrance door and locating it within the proposed extension, permission to construct a detached domestic garage and permission to erect a temporary mobile home on the site for the duration of the construction build, together with all associated site works
