For (1) the construction of a new single storey pitched roof front extension with rooflights within both roof slopes and the construction of a new singel storey flat roof front extension to form a glazed link between he existing single storey pitched roof dwelling and the new single storey pitched roof front extension. When completed the existing dwelling and extension will remain a 3 bedroom dwelling, (2) works to the existing single storey dwelling, to include (A) internal alterations and (B) alterations to existing windows and external doors openings within the existing building elevations and (C) new windows and external doors openings within the existing building elevations, (3) decommission existing septic tank and install a new wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter, and (4) all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development
