For Ballina/Killaloe Sports and Community Facilities Development Company (T/A Clarisford Park) in conjunction with Ballina Killaloe Active Retirement Group Ltd. are applying for full planning permission for 1) The construction of a new Petaque (Boules) Arena, c/w boundary fencing, lighting and spectator seating area and 2) The replacement of the existing grass surface on the sand based training pitch with a 4G Astro All Weather Surface. There are no proposed changes to existing flood lighting and fencing arrangements to the existing pitch area. A Natura Impact Statement has been submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application
