To construct a dwelling house, garage, entrance, driveway, and wastewater treatment system with all associated site works

For (a) the construction of a new single storey extension to the side and rear of an existing dwelling (b) the addition of a dormer roof window to the front of the existing dwelling (c) the addition of an external canopy to the front of the existing dwelling (d) modifications to the elevations of the existing dwelling, (e) conversion of an existing detached domestic garage into habitable rooms including the modification of the existing garage roof and elevations and all ancillary site works

To a) construct first floor extension over existing front porch; b) carry out elevational changes to existing house; c) and all other associated site works

For the demolition of an existing dwelling, the construction of a new two storey dwelling house and detached domestic garage, upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment system and percolation area, reuse of the existing site entrance and all ancillary site works.
