Retain domestic store/wendy house ref planning ref. no. 05/1455

For alterations & extension to existing dwelling house to include ground floor kitchen, utility room, shower room & bedroom, first floor bathroom & 3 no bedrooms, erect domestic garage, upgrade entrance with new sewerage treatment system & percolation area. Significant further information and revised plans have been received.
