For a change of use of the Guest House and Granny flat to a private dwelling and Granny flat, a dormer window with a balcony to the front of the house, replace one of the front velux rooflights with a roof balcony velux, fit a window, patio doors and solar panels to the side of the house, fit solar panels and a velux rooflight to the rear of the house, make minor changes internally and carry out all associated site works

For the proposed change of use of the existing domestic garage loft into a home gym, works include the provision of a new dormer window to the north facing elevation, new pv solar panels to the south facing elevations and all ancillary site works
