To add a balcony to the South West elevation and changes to window sizes on the North West elevation and addition of new window to the south west elevation of the house of the existing dwelling house currently under construction and to include the relocation of the private garage and the addition of screening to the North East of the site with all necessary ancillary services. Current dwelling under construction is authorised under Planning Ref P22-1153

To RETAIN the change of existing boundaries, which are at variance with those as granted under planning permissions P05/1424 and P19/647 and for PERMISSION to RETAIN the soil polishing filter in its present location within the boundaries of the existing site with all necessary ancillary services

To RETAIN a wooden shed erected on site and PERMISSION for change of design of the garage and change of design of the front porch granted under planning P21-519 along with all associated works

To change the design and location of dwelling house on the site previously granted planning permission under planning reference no P21/1036 with all necessary ancillary services

To build a new dwelling house, a private garage with new on-site sewage treatment system and all necessary ancillary services

To a) decommission and remove existing septic tank b) install an advanced wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter together with all associated site development works and services

For (a) RETENTION permission for a wooden shed, (b) PERMISSION to construct a nw garage and fuel storage shed, (d) PERMISION to construct a boundary fence along the North- East site boundary and (e) PERMISSION to construct a porch to the front elevation of an existing dwelling house along with ancillary works

To (1) demolish the existing petrol station shop, canopy, sign and associated pumps and underground tanks and (2) to construct infrastructure consisting of driveway and concrete plinth for a new takeaway container, totem sign and associated site works and services
