To: (a) demolish existing extension to rear; (b) construct a single-storey extension to side and rear; (c) form new site boundaries; (d) install propriety sewage treatment unit and percolation area; (e) together with all associated site works to an existing dwelling

For (1) to reinstate the vacant dwelling to residential use (2) the installation of a new waste water treatment system and soil polishing filter and RETENTION (3) to retain original entrance as the entrance to serve the residential dwelling
