For the change of use from office to a day services location for people with disabilities / healthcare facility / consultation rooms with ancillary offices, together with all associated site works

For development, the proposed development will consist of removal of the existing weighbridge, replacing the existing access gate and entrance, demolition of part of an existing unused structure, alterations and refurbishment of an existing office and administration building, alterations to and recladding of an existing industrial building, new petrol interceptor and associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement will accompany the application.
