For the proposed installation of solar panels on a steel frame structure to be erected over the roof of an existing telecommunication cabin (covering an area of approximately 48 sq.m to a maximum height of 4.8 metres above ground level). To include all ancillary development works and landscaping to the southwest of the telecommunications compound

To retain air handling unit located to rear of building and 2 no. chiller units with shed located to side of building; and planning PERMISSION for generator located to rear of building, 5 no. chiller units with new shed to side of building, high level louvre panels to existing building and all ancillary site works

To extend the existing 30 metre high, free standing lattice communication structure by an additional 3 metres in height to allow for additional antennae, dishes and all ancillary equipment at ESB Telecoms Ltd Telecommunications Compound at ESB Drumline 110kV Substation
