To (1) Demolition of existing milking parlour and storage shed buildings, (2) Construction of an agricultural shed to incorporate milking parlour area, dairy, plant room, drafting / cow dispersal area and underground slatted washings storage tanks, (3) Construction of an agricultural shed to incorporate loose bedded areas and feed passage areas, (4) Completion of all ancillary site works and associated site structures

To (a) construct a part two storey/part single storey (with garage underneath) style dwelling, (b) construct partial new boundary (c) install propriety sewage treatment unit and percolation area (d) form new entrance from public road, (e) retain existing agricultural entrance, (f) together with all associated site works

To (1) retain and complete site entrance (2) retain amendments to elevations of existing domestic garage (3) retain existing retaining stone wall and full planning PERMISSION is sought to construct (1) a two storey extension to rear and one storey extension to west side of existing two storey house (2) to enlarge one storey east side part of existing house (3) to demolish existing porch on the front and place enlarged arch door (4) to decommission existing septic tank and (5) construct proprietary wastewater unit (6) raised walls and roof of one of existing shed in ruin and all ancillary site works
