For (1) elevation amendments and finishes (2) revised design of domestic garage (3) revised site layout and alterations (4) revised site boundaries (5) all associated site works

Of the following: (1) To construct a single storey dwelling house and detached domestic garage (2) To install a proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area (3) To make new entrance onto the road along with all necessary landscaping and boundary treatment works and (4) all ancillary site development works

To retain alterations made to dwelling house previously approved under planning application ref no. 01/804 and 03/1223, alterations for which retention permission is sought include (a) additional floor area at ground and first floor level by increasing the overall footprint of the dwelling (b) conversion of attic area to living accommodation and an increase in the overall height of the roof to facilitate same (c) revised garage design including attic storage area (f) together with all associated site works

To (1) construct an agricultural machinery shed and (2) complete all associated and ancillary site works

Construct extension to the north west side of the existing dwelling house and to construct a waste water treatment system and percolation area in replacement of existing septic tank system, together with all works ancillary to the overall development
