To construct an entrance, dwelling house, garage, wastewater treatment system with soil polishing filter together with all associated site development works and services

To RETAIN the construction of lean- to extension to side of garage & extension to rear of garage to include roof area, boiler house, balcony and retention permission for alteration of position of treatment plant and percolation from that approved under P03-1728, including ancillary site works.
