At site to rear: Construction of 2 no. short-term holiday let apartments to rear of site (1 no. 3-bed at ground floor and 1 no. 2-bed at first floor) including external terrace spaces, shed, bin storage. Changes to elevation to building at Church Street, including window openings and signage. Replace gate and provide new Universal Access parking space within site at John Street
