Ref. 23/60014) as follows: 1) revisions to the administration building including a 142 SqM increase in floor area (now 1,400 SqM), to accommodate additional ancillary plant areas on the ground floor, a new first floor plant level, increased roof heights, revised roof overhangs and all associated internal and elevational changes, 2) an ESB substation / switch room building (32 SqM) and all associated external works

For development consisting of: A ten year permission for 1) the demolition of the Kilnacrott Abbey buildings and for the construction of an education / retreat centre comprising, 2) a caretakers lodge (residency) of 124 SqM, 3) 4 No. 3 bedroom dwelling units of 120 SqM each, 4) 4 No. multi-occupancy (8 bedroom) dormitories of 367 SqM each, 5) an administration building of 1,258 SqM with dining areas, offices, studios, crèche, ancillary toilet and stores, 6) a conference and education centre of 1,163 SqM, 7) an oratory of 180 SqM, 8) a maintenance building of 144 SqM and 9) an effluent treatment system to replace the old septic tank system, ancillary parking, sports facilities (astro pitches) and associated external works.
