EXTENSION OF DURATION OF Planning Reg. No. 18/101; to (a) demolish 2 no. existing pig houses and to construct 2 no. replacement pig houses to aid compliance with animal welfare and nitrates regulations, (b) to retain existing office/canteen, plant room, storage unit and water storage tank(s), and, (c) to install an on-site waste water treatment system and percolation area, together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development

To provide off-licence within existing shop unit and associated works

Of (1) revised site boundary and site layout (2) alterations and amendments made to floor plans and elevations of detached two storey type dwelling all previously granted under ref. no 19/61 and planning PERMISSION is being sought to construct pitched roofs to single storey side section and front porch previously granted as flat roofs and complete all ancillary site works
