For the proposed diversion of existing River Lear watercourse within the site, including excavation of a new channel, redirection of flows, infilling of the redundant channel section and associated engineering works

Will consist of: (1) New milk intake extension, clean in process station, pipe bridge, installation of 5 No additional milk silos, and 1 No. silo for water reuse (2) the construction of a new internal road, (3) works to the public road involving widening of the Knockbride Road (L3515), (4) relocation of contractor containers and storage units on site, (5) relocation of existing site entrance to include traffic control entrance barriers & gates, (6) new staff, tanker and contractor parking areas including EV Charging points (7) new weighbridge, (8) boundary, landscape treatments and all ancillary works, (9) demolition of part of existing milk intake building, (10) new pedestrian crossing on the Knockbride Road (L3515), (11) new drainage and construction of underground attenuation drainage system (12) new upgraded Class 1 oil water separator (13) Rainwater Harvesting tank (14) new electrical switch room and admin office. The site currently operates under EPA License (Reg no. P0406-05.).

To retain the use of an existing hard standing area as an area for the temporary parking of vehicles, trailers and any additional equipment associated with the operation of existing facility together with any ancillary structures and associated site works arising from the above development, the site currently has an Environmental Protection Agency IED Licence

For development consisting of 1) RETENTION of the partial construction of a single storey dwelling house and 2) PERMISSION for proposed completion of the construction of the dwelling house, provision of a wastewater treatment system and percolation area, use of existing entrance from public road and provision of access lane together with all ancillary site development works Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

To install 2 no. silos up to 11m and construction of a new concrete plinth to store same. Works include extension to existing access corridor between the silos, connection to existing site services, associated site development works and all ancillary works. The site currently has an EPA IED licence (Reg. No. P0406-05)

For retention of 1) revised location on site, 2) revised site boundaries and entrance details, 3) Conversion of attached garage to living accommodation, 4) revised first floor layout including additional floor area, 5) external elevational changes including minor internal alterations, 6) retention of timber storage shed, and 7) all ancillary site development works
