For the following works, (A) Changes to the layout and elevations of the existing dwelling, mainly associated with the removal of the granny flat element as granted under P10-648, (B) construction of an extension to the rear linking the dwelling to an existing detached hobby room and the use of the room as part of the dwelling, (C) construction of a flat roofed shed attached to side of dwelling and the change of use of the shed to use as part of the dwelling, and (D) construction of an extension to the front of the existing flat roofed structure for use as a shed, all with associated site works

To upgrade an existing agricultural entrance to serve as the primary entrance to an existing dwelling

To construct a new domestic garage and associated site works.
