The original single storey detached dwelling was previously extended as per planning application ref: 96/846. Planning Permission for retention is sought for alterations to previously approved planning application ref: 96/846, to include (1) pitched roof over existing dwelling and previous extension, in lieu of part pitched roof and part flat roof over existing dwelling and previous extension, including build up gable walls to u/side of new roof. The new pitched roof (over existing dwelling and previous extension) ridge level is 1.1m higher than the previous pitched roof ridge level (2) pitched roof over porch, in lieu of flat roof (3) alterations to windows sizes within side and rear elevation of existing dwelling and previous extension (4) internal alterations at ground floor level (5) new window to attic space within 2 no. side/gable wall elevations
