For retention of a single storey modular building consisting of 2no. dwelling houses, connections to existing services and all associated site works

To retain alterations to previously approved planning permission Ref. No's 04/1112 & 99/836, incorporating revisions to the internal shop layout, kitchen/deli area, office and external signage and PERMISSION for off licence to the above mentioned shop unit and all other associated site works

For development providing for the upgrade of the Shercock Wastewater Treatment Plant and will generally comprise of the following: the construction of a new storm water holding tank complete with internal cleaning system; internal storm return pumps, access ladder & platform; construction of new sludge holding tank complete with internal mixer & decant equipment; construction of new stormwater forward feed, primary sludge feed, supernatant return & final effluent wash water pumping stations; installation of a kiosk to house electrical switchgear; demolition of existing sludge drying beds and all ancillary site works.
